did 3 mile wu and wanted to stop and stretch like a billion times but i hate doing that to the girls so i just grinded through. i think my calves are just not recovering right so jamie told me bike the rest. did speed on bikes which was 2x60-90-30 sec pickups with minimal rest and then longer rest between sets (don't really care to put all the numbers). it was killer and i really pushed myself. finished biking to 45 min, then some lower body lifting minus calf raises cause that would be a problem lol. did abs and stuff and yeah, just gonna cross train tomorrow.
