welllllll at least im in the 5:30s lol. race seemed fine but i know middle laps could've had more grind. last lap i mentally was kicking it in and my legs would not move for the life of me. but i did have a fight which was good. i had to lay on the grass for awhile cause my legs hurt and my stomach and my head. after awhile got up but didn't feel too good. iced my leg while taking a little nap and woke up feeling better. i figured out my problem was is that the last time i had eaten was 11:30ish and i raced at 5. so basically i feeling really dumb for throwing away my race by a small mistake. cooled down with dalpal 3miles. later watson had some miles and the temptation was too strong and i went over but hey it's been so long since i've been this far and i probably won't be able to do it for awhile. so some things learned today, we will give it another go next week.
