am-10min biking and abs&hips
pm-interesting race. definitely went out too slow but actually passed lots second and third lap which was good. still need to work on my kick tho. time is getting better but honestly that race didn't feel super hard which means i definitely needed to race faster. oh well. can't be too sad that it's going better and i know i can race faster! cool down consisted of splashing mud in mouths, burger king, and crazy girls so that was a win (; super solid time at the meet
