mile warm up then speed. 2 sets of 200-800-400-200-200-200. really happy with my times cause we pushed the pace today. it was kinda weird though cause the 800s were easier today and the 200s were what killed me. defintely a hard but rewarding workout. cooled down a mile which pretty much, my legs didn't want to move. afterwards just kinda laid in the grass for a little bit which is highly reccomended.

ran during lunch and it was so hot. i was feeling good on the first half. i stopped at willowcreek and just did the buildups on the track over there, but i felt really tired after that and extra hot so i did more recovery on the way back.

did a turf mile then 4 easy out towards willowcreek. shoutout to watson and guppy for coming back with me so i didn't have to go 2 by myself.

did one and a half on the turf, was gonna do it barefoot but then it started raining. the girls cans outside and we did the mile warm up. pretty much we were soaked by then. did pre meet, which wasn't too bad, and then finished up mileage. in front of the school there was a huge puddle and I'm proud to say i went through it twice.

warmed up a mile then went straight to the bull pen cause they were calling us over pretty early. found out my spikes were too long so just took them out and still raced in the shoes. got to the start, and i was feeling pretty good. first lap wasn't too crazy which was a first and i liked that feel. second lap watson made more of a move towards the front so i followed and got spiked on the way. third lap don't remember as much, probably just slower. fourth lap i was tired but i really tried to push myself to follow watson this time, cause i didn't want the same thing that happened last week. she still outkicked me in the end, but i got a pr of 5:29 which makes me super happy cause my last goal of the season was to break 5:30 in the mile. cooled down half a mile with watson, then chilled for a little bit. then we warmed up a half mile for the 800. i thought I was feeling good, my legs didn't hurt too bad after the mile, but once i started, my legs felt like they were going way too fast. i don't remember too much of that race, just that my legs felt super tired. got like a 2:32 which was kinda disappointing, but oh well. i cooled down a mile and a half with Mario and then later a mile with Bill. i also jogged around a lot going place to place, so i went over mileage, but jamie said it was okay as long as im feeling good. huge shoutout to watson today for racing hard and pushing me and for taking great pics with me lol.

2 mile warm up then 1.5 miles of speed changes. cooled down 1.5. found out im racing the mile at region as well as 2 mile so that's exciting.

mile warm up then pre meet. legs are actually feeling pretty fresh. cool down was only a mile cause we are tapering for region. did abs and then took a super cold ice bath with sami. also, whoever started the rumor that im not going to kiss anyone til im married, i have three letters for you, smh.

warmed up a mile. pretty rough cause i felt super unmotivated. and that's pretty much how the race went. i didn't push myself as hard as i could've. still matched my or but mentally it was kinda rough. cooled down with watson 2 miles and then took some quality selfies. oh and i jumped a fence which was quality. took an ice bath after which was well cold. hopefully my legs will feel fresh for tomorrow though.

well haven't been quite this nervous in awhile. don't know why really. warmed up a mile then got to the start. first mile was a 5:55 which was slower than i was going for but i just tried to keep it consistent. 7th lap was rough, hit a 98 smh. oh well i did an 82 my last lap which helped but the time wasn't where i wanted it to be. suprisingly i actually took 8th, but it helped that i passed like 4 girls on the last lap. crazy how fast the season went. cooled down 2 with watson on the MCT and then did a barefoot mile on the grass with some of the other girls. and as much as i want to give Collin an unshoutout, shoutout to him for qualifying for state and also connor too.

did mile then helped pace guppy with some of her workout. her workout was 3x400 at goal mile pace then 100 m jog then 200 m all out. i just helped with the 400s. hit 76 73 74 . my legs feel pretty tired still from this week. finished up mileage on Main Street and then had a super quality breakfast so shoutout to mama hinckley. also got to drive toms truck and i didn't die (:

did 2.5 shakeout with guppy. finally at like 8 pm sami, kaylee, and i warmed up a mile. was feeling pretty scared cause we were the only girls and we were in the boys heat. i started out the first lap and just hung onto the guys. tried to the second lap but just kinda died and tried to finish it. actually got a pr according to coaches timing so that was fantastic. shoutout to Brynlee for being our anchor and racing 4 events! she's my hero tbh.

ran with sami on the rail trail and made a loop. legs felt really tired from pretty much this whole season. afterwards we went to my house and made egg-n-toast. we're pretty much pro chefs so if you ever want a tasty breakfast we got ya.

1.25 then did 1/2 of marios pre meet and 1/2 of guppys pre meet. did a lap on the turf then watson and i finished with 1.5 by the legacy center. instead of doing abs i played ultimate frisbee which was pretty lit. also went to roxberry and tried a new smoothie. considering a summer bucket list that includes trying every smoothie on the menu lol.

ran a 3 mile loop by the Provo temple which was super pretty. did a mile with Mario for her warm up then a mile with butters. found out some of my legs for the Ragnar so that's sick. also played some frisbee which was a lil rough with the wind. but such a fun day watching state and seriously every i know killed it so good job to them!

literally so ready to run... ): biked, did 5 min warm up then 6 sets of 3 min hard, 2 easy. then 5 min cool down. did abs, which included some quality planking, gotta practice if im gonna beat guppy in a competition.
