woke up early and ran in pleasant view with dalpal. it was dark but still warmer than i would've liked. first couple miles were just a lil bit of rolling hills and then decided to make a bad decision and turned left when there was a fork in the road. welp the last .75 gained 400ish ft of elevation and that was just the worst. finally got to turn around and i felt loads better after. finished fast and abs hip and push ups as per usual. 8:00ap

mile wu then did an 800 in 2:54. required more effort than i thought but nothing tiring. did 2 miles on the grass then joined some of the team for the rest. felt amazing towards the end so i did the last .5 hard. today was one of those days where everything feels just right

solo today. hit up the mct as per usual for the long runs. just let myself chill for most of it,  didn't wanna push the pace really. honestly didn't feel tired until less then a mile left, then i felt like i was dragging. still really solid and surprisingly didn't bore myself too much. 7:40ap

ran at a trail by jeremy ranch with watson. i can tell my legs were tired but they survived. it was a good time and the weather was nice. 8:20ap. not sure how many miles i'm doing this week yet but i think i want to do my longer runs at the beginning rather than end of the week.

ran to the track and did 5x150m strides with 50m jog inbetween. felt alright. then went and did deer creek trail. felt pretty tired until the last 3miles. ran with carolyn mostly, she's a cool girl. 8:15ap

can't decide whether to say wow or ow lol. super fun and pretty trail run by potato hill. it was such a fun time with the girls and the only bad part was the last part my bum was feeling pretty sore from the last few days and hot pilates 😂. overall felt better today than the last couple tho. v slow pace today at 9:15ap

legs were still pretty tired but they warmed up on mile 6. nice recovery with the girls. 8:30ap. did abs (kinda) but no push ups. my arm is still swollen from the shots a few days ago.

good dayyyy(: mile wu then had to do a 1200 in 4:24. watson did the first and last lap with me so shoutout to her for being a pal. first lap came in at like a 90 whoops so picked it up and second lap came in about 2:58 but last lap sped up more and hit 4:24 on the dot. it got me tired but felt good. did 4 more with watson and then did a grass mile to finish things off.

did 2mile wu then did 11x60sec pickups with the girls. not really supposed to be doing a workout so took it chill and did it about 6:35ap. felt really good. cd with bryn and then myself. 7:53ap for the whole run.

just started out knowing where i wanted to go but not knowing how far it would take me. made a newish loop through highland and alpine and ended up with 10. felt good and motivated today. 7:49ap

did a 1.5 mile wu then i needed to do a mile in 5:50. got watson and mario to help pace (they're champs) and felt good mostly until the last 400 i tried picking it up but it felt hard to get my legs moving. hit 5:52 which is ok but wished i would've pushed that little bit at the end. cooled down the rest with the girls and it felt kinda long but was better as we ran more. solid day

last run with wat wat and mario ): did a loop from lehi high to like af junior and such. dead legs hence the 8:40ap. i'm gonna miss everyone so so much, but i'm excited for the things to come. wish me luck 

night run with the roomies(: today has definitely been a whirlwind of emotions but i feel blessed to be where i'm at and i'm excited to see where life takes me

2 mile wu but my calves were really hurting, mainly the left. started workout which was basically like a tempo and stuck with the pack for the first mile but stopped because the uphill killed my calves. went back and aqua jogged 50min.

2mile warm up to tempo loop. Girls team was supposed to run about a 6 flat pace for 2miles. I stuck with the pack for about .75 then died off finishing with a 6:20ap. calves didnt really feel too great so i'll i take it as sorta a win lose cause there was good and bad in there but i mean technically it's the fastest tempo i've ever done. after ran over and did 2x320m hills and man that thing was STEEP but i really like hills and working on form so that part was really good. cooled down the rest of my miles and then half abs, legs, and leg lifts. iced after, and did some adult stuff like laundry and grocery shopping.

am-4 with guppy around campus and such, calves hurt at the end. 8:08ap

pm-6 with heather paytin and guppy on a cool trail but it was so hot i thought i was gonna die so thats fine. don't worry i am alive. no calf probs but certain things are feeling more hurt than they should so idk what's going on. did full core, supplementals, push ups, dips, teages(?), and leg lifts.

wu 2miles then workout was 800s at 2:56. held pack for first two but sat out the third cause my left calf was flarin. light jog then joined for fourth and stuck with the pack again but it really hurt my calf. sarah pulled me out and told me to light jog the rest of my miles. didn't hurt to do like 9:00 pace so settled at that for the rest of miles. i am v frustrated with my calf cause i felt like this was gonna be a good workout for me, i was in it mentally. guess i'll never know. rip. legs, leg lifts, and core after classes plus some rehab.

am-early with gup gup, did cemetery and around. calf was bugging real bad so cut it short and i'm gonna aqua jog later. 8:15ap. full core, push ups, dips, supplementals, teages, leg lifts.

pm-aqua jogging at rec pool and it was just me and the lifeguard who stared at me like the whole time so that was fun. 40min

am-40min water treadmill, felt weird but in a good way. also you wear socks in water which is the fashion statement of the century 

pm-4miles in a canyon on some trails. besides dry heaving a lil i felt pretty good
