felt weird not running til later. did abs and hips before. got up to pre region and as we were walking out the bus the boys asked us to hoco and it was seriously so cute. shoutout to riley cause he's my date. got warmed up then headed to the line. the plan was just to tempo it since byu is our focus meet of the week. i suprisingly felt really good, and watson guppy and i just held a solid pack til last .75 when gups picked it up and then watson outkicked me in the end. overall felt very good tho and held 6:30 ap (the course was a little long) which was on the faster end of our range. cooled down 3 miles on some sketchy roads but no worries i didn't get kidnapped by the ice cream van.
