wu to the gulley. we had whistle hills for day 1 of awesome week. felt really good the first two sets and the last one was hard but i kept in it and finished well. cooled down back towards skyridge but had to stop at my house and switch shoes cause my calves were really bugging me. felt a lil better after that but mostly i was just glad when we got back and finished running. did abs and hips and gups rolled me out. took an ice bath which should help. shoutout to zack.
