2mile wu. strides then 2x600 and 2x400 at 5:35-5:40 pace. stuck with pack which was good, the third one was supposed to be a 600 but i just did a 400 to ease off. then 1 set of hills at moderate-hard effort. very individual for these and i'm glad cause i did the effort i needed which was good. overall not too much pain, did a 2.5mile cool down
