2mile wu then strides. then basically a death workout. 1000 in 3:17 (was supposed to be 3:10 aka 5:00ap but i went 5:15ap) then 10min rest then a 600 in 1:54 (was supposed to be 1:53 but i went 5:03ap). yeah so not quite up with pacing today which was quite the bummer and i’m kinda mad but also the 600 was better than the 1000 so that was a plus. overall not really satisfied. cd and yeah that’s the slowest cool down i’ve ever been on. we did minutes instead of miles cause we were going so slow. half core and stuff
