2mile wu then strides. today was beloved mile repeats. 4 reps with 2:30 rest. i don’t really know exactly my splits but i’m gonna guess. 5:59 6:10 6:20 6:05. these might be optimistic idk. my middle ones were definitely the struggle but the last one i really got my motivation back and grinded through but man the short rest between really got me. cd felt alright until my legs felt like death. did core and legs and leg lifts then an ice bath.
