2mile wu then strides. today was a team “race”. i’m still not mentally pushing myself cause i know i could be going faster, i just don’t. today wasn’t too bad, but not too great either. the race was on our course and it was 4.7ish k-3mile about. did 18:50 but i didn’t catch my teammate at the end when i should’ve. did 3.5mile cd and then core. good news tho is since i’m feeling alright, i can start running more and cross training less
