dang, i got a feeling i'm gonna be doing a lot of running by myself this next month cause everyone is gone and i work pretty early. 3 by myself on the mct, apparently i wanted to push the pace today cause i slowed myself quite a bit but still averaged 8:00. felt solid and not too tired. things are looking good
