did .5 wu then 3x400s at mile pace but i was kinda excited and felt really good and hit 78. 75, 76. cd for 2.5. hopped on bikes and did 1 set of 8x20sec hard and 10sec rest which was so killer cause the rest was spent changing resistance. finished up biking for 25min and then did abs&hips. shoutout to zack cause i saw him at the developmental center yesterday and shoutout to mike for making sweethearts legendary.
