first mile didn't really end up being a wu.... a car apparently didn't see me running across the road as it was turning and it started speeding towards me but i couldn't really get out of the way so i started screaming then it realized i was there just in time. i ran quickly back to the park with my heart rate going a million miles an hour. then ran up the kicker while everyone raced it, just ran it cause i'm not doing speed or anything but it was nice to do some hills. ran back and did some abs and hips
