physical therapy today. biked 10min and ran .25 for some analysis stuff. did astym which meant no running today. @practice did 10min bike wu then 5x90sec pickups with 4min rest, super hard effort given and my legs and lungs and stomach felt dead which was good. cooled down for a total of 60min biking today. abs&hips and shoutout to watson and mario for finally being back cause i missed them so so much!!
