ran 2 before practice and did abs and hips. wu was running down the hill on center. we had 2x3 90 seconds up the hill with .5 mile jog inbetween sets. legs felt tired from saturday. it was a hard workout but for the most part i pushed myself. felt super dehydrated and thirsty the whole time and thank goodness there was some sprinklers to run through. ran back as the cool down and my legs felt so dead. solid day tho, glad to be getting some good speed in.
