so today i literally felt the best i have in months. like my whole body was cooperating with itself. 2mile wu then strides and the workout was 600s on the course. first 2 were at 2:10 then next 2 were at 2:08 then the next 2 at 2:06. then coach said freshman were done which was a bummer cause i was still staying with the pack and feeling good. cooled down to 9 and then legs and core and leg lifts
