1.5 mile wu then race. i raced the hills smart and kept my first and second mile right where i wanted them. i felt so good and focused. then something bad happened. the last mile was flat and long and mentally i just lost it and didn't go with the girls when i should've and literally that was the game changer. i need to be stronger and race better. i can't keep letting this happen. but im gonna let this make me stronger cause i can't control what happened anymore but i will not be defeated.
