today i woke up pretty early and couldn't go back to sleep. that's ok tho, cause i got to see the sun rise on my run this morning. i ran to the af rec center which turned out to be almost exactly my mileage. i got there right when yoga started and did that. my left leg was kinda bothering me on the run, but i think it's just from the workout and like turning on the track. after yoga, i biked 20 minutes and then did my abs. came home and made myself a super delicious breakfast and took a 2 hour nap, so id call today pretty successful .
