warmed up on main 1.5 then got back for the circuit workout. it was 3 miles with lunges and squats and such inbetween the 400 and 800s. we ran it on the turf which felt super nice. finished up mileage with guppy on the road since i got sick of the turf. shoutout to guppy today cause she's the bestest. and collin for doing the math with me last night. that was rough stuff
