run was ok until it kinda hurt then turned around. got back and biked 37 min, then cried my way through a rollout. talked to jamie and something's just not right, gonna take the week off and cross train and not racing this weekend. rip to my sanity.

bike wo was 15 min warm up then 10x1min pickups @mile effort with 90 sec rest. hard wo but i pushed myself. finished to 75 min then abs&hips.

biked 75 min with 6 sets of 2min sit 1min hover 2min standup then 2min rest. more recovery than anything but nice to break up the time. did an upper body arm wo and abs and hips.

so biked outside today cause the weather was splendacious and it helped brighten the mood a lil. wo was 8x3min rolling hills with the 2min downhill. cd for 60 min. jamie said i can probs start running again on monday so fingers crossed. shoutout to everyone racing tomorrow, ill cheer ya on.

so worked out earlier today so i could go watch the meet tonight. did 50min biking with 3x10min downhills, starting with really high resistance. afterwards did an arm wo and abs&hips. shoutout to my ma for coming with me.

did abs then went aqua jogging with hannah for 30 min. got on bikes for speed did 6x90sec pick ups with equal rest. good workout and cooled down for 40 min. 70 min saturday at its finest.
