ran 2 and felt good. did 30min biking with some medium/"sprint" minutes thrown in. lifter lower body and then abs&hips. feeling good today and if doing speed tomorrow goes well then i'm racing the 800 on friday.

today was simply amazing. did mile wu then 2x400-200 with 45 sec rest between reps and 3min rest between sets. hit 82, 37, 78, 37. really nice cause i was scared i wouldn't be able to keep up with the girls but ya know it was really a confidence booster and helped me realize i am putting in the work but in a different way and i'm ready to come back so so strong. hopped on the bikes to finish the wo which was 4x90sec @mile effort 45 sec rest then 45 sec back on with 3min rest between sets. i was able to really push myself and i really think i'm pushing down a barrier that's been here the last few weeks dragging me down. cooled down for 30min and did abs&hips and an ice bath.

was planning on 2.5 but ended up walking the last .25 cause my calves were having a lot of pain, it was a rough go today. still trying to keep positive tho. biked 47 min with 20min at a medium highish effort. did some stretching and abs&hips.

did speed on the bikes. wu then 10x1min pickups with 1min rest. pretty much thrashed my legs on every rep cause i wanted to take this workout with race effort. feel satisfied with my work and cd for 60min. ran 2.5 with watson guppy and some lp girls and felt amazing so YAY

morning with bryn. biked 45min with 4x3min rolling hills. then ran 2.5, hurt at first but got relatively better as i went on. sweethearts tonight is gonna be so lit 🔥🔥
