1 and a half mile warm up down main with guppy. started the workout, it was 2 sets of 800-600-400-200 with 2 min rests inbetween and 4 min between the sets. the 800 and 600 were at 2 mile pace and the 400 and 200 were at mile pace. pretty solid workout, except the 2nd 800 i kinda lost it until mario yelled at me so shoutout to her for that and being able to do the whole speed workout! cooled down a mile and a half with guppy and sami out by state street, and then sami and i did a half mile on the turf. it felt good to have more speed, but awesome week defintely wrecked me. and seriously im so ready to race again, it's been too long.
