speed today. did abs and hips before then mile wu. wo was 4x400, 100m jog, 200 on pace/kick. just kept 400 splits which were 78 79 76 81, last one hit a wall kinda. on the last 100 jog just dropped back from the girls and did the 200 by myself cause i wanted to throw down what i had without worrying about others and such and it was worth it because i really focused on finishing which was good, cause that's been my problem. overall, hit faster than pace on everything and i'm happy with my work, just gotta make sure i'm more mentally ready for the meet than i was for this workout because i definitely wasn't mentally prepped like i normally am, and it made it harder than it should've. cd was tough i was so dead and just wanted to lay in the grass. 10min of biking after
