legs felt v tired at the beginning of my run. ran down to practice and did abs then did a mile with mario then ran kicker with the team again, helped grace break 12 and i felt lots better as i went on. recovery but felt good. 8:12ap
i think i need to make easy days more important cause today was really nice. incorporated some hills with mario and some other girls and just took it easy. 8:30ap
mile wu then ran to a mile left of the teams tempo run course so i could help pace the last mile with the girls. they came up and i kinda took the lead for a half mile then let bryn go with the guys so i could stay back more to help mario. actually ended up being about 1.2 miles at 6:40ap and it felt good to pick things up and help out the girls. they killed it. cd to finish miles. and then abs. huge shoutout to eva for breaking 18:00 in the 5k!! if you haven't checked out her blog you should cause she is amazing
nice and early with bryn. and it felt so good. took it pretty easy with 8:30ap and seriously today was one of those days i could run for miles. i needed a day like today.
