just for the run of it

feeling good again today! went from my house and up suncrest for a bit then turned back. did first five miles at 7:30ap and felt pretty good closing it in 7 flat. did a cd last mile, half of it on the grass. sped up the last .15 tho, i have a new goal of finishing the end of every run hard

happy 4th of july!! today i had an awesome run to celebrate(: today was just easy going pace sorta day so i decided to finally try the jail trail, well somewhat at least. i went up behind im flash and went on the trail that connected there and rode it up til i hit jail trail then cruised down. well that only took me 3.5miles so i decided to do the loop with lots of shade and sprinklers but ran into kiah who was running and did 2miles with her! had good convo then ran the last .5 to my house at 6:40ap finishing strong and feeling so hyped! 8:25ap for the run and then abs 

another fantastic run. got with mario and we did a mile wu towards af. it was easy pace day for her, so the next 4miles were 7:26ap. at first it hurt and didn't really feel like we would be on pace but the way back was downhill and we cruised! went home and did one more mile by myself, finished last .15 hard. 

another fun fun run. 8:05ap. ran double dip loop and it the middle of it saw the park i always wanna grass run at but never have enough miles for, but today i did! there were huge sprinklers all over so i ran through all of them #thirtsythursday lol it was just a blast! finished up hard and man what a good time(: runs by yourself can be a party! 

early birdy at 6:30. sisters wedding today. calves needed a lot of stretching today but other than that, fine run. was gonna go harder today but wasn't really feeling it. 8:10ap

solid run with bryn, 8:25ap. man my legs and stomach hurt lots at the beginning of the run and by that i mean for the first half but then the second half i felt great and going faster didn't hurt! finished last .15 hard and my watch says it was a 5:30 pace so finishing hard is getting faster(: birthday shoutout to my brother dalpal!
