first of all got new shoes so holla for that. did wu then mile repeats today! (wasn't quite as excited as i made that sound) but it ended up being solid. hit 6:13 6:13 6:07 6:09. last one i got tripped on the last curve, but it was all good, finished hard. felt mentally strong the whole time, especially the 3rd one. cooled down a half mile then did stuff and salt boy rolled me out. took an ice bath. seriously tho im already in love with my new shoes.
