2mile wu then 800-1000-1200 @5:50. was supposed to go back down the latter but i started getting dizzy and my whole body felt tired and it was hard to keep my eyes open so backed down and light jogged. super frustrated cause my hammy is finally feeling really good but oh well it will come. just need to get the iron supplements in me so i can start getting that energy back.

am-60min water treadmill 

pm-6miles with shannon and karen and it was chill and a really good run! legs and core and leg lifts

am-such a very easy nice 4miles with kare bear on a cool canal trail. 

pm-much needed study break on the stationary bike (never thought i would be grateful for that thing). 40min then full core

2mile wu then strides. workout was 2x2miles @12:20. did first 2mile in 12:30 then just did the first mile of the second set in 6:13. felt pretty good about it cause i’m still getting back into things and it was on the course so a little bit hilly (unlike the tempo loop). and this is like the most speed work i’ve done all year lol. anywho, cd for 2miles then core, legs, and leg lifts
