ran a 2ish mile wu to airport then we did whistle hills. two sets of 15-20-25 then the last set was 30-35-40. this is honestly one of my favorite workouts. felt like i pushed myself good, especially considering i felt dead after. cooled down back to the school and then some, the hill on the way back hurt a lot lol. did abs, hips, and even some push-ups. also ice bathed with watson and mario. shoutout to mike.
