biked 45 min. was boring at first but got better as time went on. did abs&hips. later hiked silver lake, idk if that was a smart idea tho cause my calves hurt on the way up, and we ran on the way down. cool views tho #neature.

low recovery, felt good for the most part. solid run. did a mile on the grass. abs and hips and kaylee rolled me out.

easy low today. felt pretty good til the last half mile. finished up tho then had arm workout, push-ups, abs, and hips. then mario was a pal and rolled me out.

started off with the 5 min plank challenge. passed it. then headed on low recovery. a little frustrated cause i feel like i should be recovered, but each day just kinda hurts. had to take it a little slower today but had a good time with bryn. did abs and hips.

had team pictures then we had like 25 min to do miles so we thought 3 lol but had to pull a 7:15 last mile to make it back, which wasn't quite recovery but felt good. we then listened to a guy talk about injury prevention and stuff. finished off 2 miles with watson then abs and hips. also did some basic stuff so yeah.

well basically none of the girls could run today so i went with the guys, so s/o to them. did a loop in alpine which they claimed would be 5 but ended up being over. super pretty tho, although some trespassing... felt really good and had a faster pace then most my runs lately, finally feeling recovered.
