2mile wu to the hill by the tempo loop. did 8x300m hills, building throughout the rep. it was hard but good and i feel like i pushed myself well. cd my legs wouldn't move but got it done. did full core wooo
lol to recovery days. woke up sick but figured i wasn’t sick enough to not run. also had a longer run planned today so didn’t want to do less. i was supposed to only do 10 but my loop i made was long. i am now dead and will be sitting on the couch for the rest of the day regretting my day’s decisions.
so fun with sami today(: good talks and stuff for 5miles then came back home to do 2 more. being sick is really hitting me at the end of runs i feel so winded
