.5 wu then annual turkey workout. 6x500 @5k pace with the last 100m chasing the turkey aka sprint. wo hurt more than it should've, cd my calves felt quite dead but fun times.

lol legs felt very dead today judging by the pace...good run with mario and watson on the murdock canal trail. HUGE shoutout to watson cause it's her birthday and pretty much she is the greatest ever. love that girl.

.5 wu then 16x1 min pickups with a min rest inbetween each. went with guppy and hannah and it was a lot harder than i expected but still good. had like .25 left at the end to cd. ''twas a good thanksgiving. shoutout to bryn for going black friday shopping with me cause it was a party and it's 2:30 am rn.

woke up not feeling all that fantastic. ran in the afternoon and poor watson rolled her ankle 1.5 out. the others ran back and grabbed the car and i waited with her. we got back and i just did two more with the girls cause i wasn't feeling too swell. 

took a nap and was feeling much better so finished up mileage and it looked so cool outside and i absolutely loved it.
