welp. on the wu my soles was kinda bothersome but i knew it could push through a workout. workout was 3 sets of 4x400 at current mile pace then about two seconds faster each rep. i hit 81 80 82 81 82 and the fifth one i wasn't focusing on pacing anymore than judging whether i should be doing the workout or not, so talked to jamie on rest and made the decision not to push it. i wanted to keep going but i know it wouldn't help. went and did two sets on the bike of 1min on and 2min off 4 times with 4min rest in between. push myself very hard and had to lay on the grass after so i didn't throw up on the bike. finished to 45min of biking. i feel like there is so much i wanna give in speed but then it keeps coming down to being careful which i hate. i just wanna do full speed and not feel like i'm gonna hurt myself in the process.
