it in and my legs would not move for the life of me. but i did have a fight which was good. i had to lay on the grass for awhile cause my legs hurt and my stomach and my head. after awhile got up but didn&#39;t feel too good. iced my leg while taking a little nap and woke up feeling better. i figured out my problem was is that the last time i had eaten was 11:30ish and i raced at 5. so basically i feeling really dumb for throwing away my race by a small mistake. cooled down with dalpal 3miles. later watson had some miles and the temptation was too strong and i went over but hey it&#39;s been so mile pace then about two seconds faster each rep. i hit 81 80 82 81 82 and the fifth one i wasn&#39;t focusing on pacing anymore than judging whether i should be doing the workout or not, so talked to jamie on rest and made the decision not to push it. i wanted to keep going but i know it wouldn&#39;t help. went and did two sets on the bike of 1min on and 2min off 4 times with 4min rest in between. push myself very hard and had to lay on the grass after so i didn&#39;t throw up on the bike. finished to 45min of biking. i feel like there is so much i wanna give in speed but then it keeps coming lap, 84 third lap did a huge surge to catch lead girl 85, crossed the line knowing i would have to hit 80 to be where i wanted which was totally possible, i hits 80s so much but something bad happened to me mentally that lap and hit a 90 which is TERRIBLE. but all things considered all i need to fix is that last lap and we are in good shape and hit my goal of a strong third lap cause i didn&#39;t drop off that lap like normal. so yeah really crummy time but still looking on the up side and i&#39;ll thrash the 800 tomorrow (well 4x800 i suppose). cooled down 3miles (yay for still being at 5 and not hurt). came home biked 40min with 30min endurance ride then abs and did some harder ab things today cause i know that fourth lap is gonna come if i put in the extra work but not if i just do the with 2sec buffer (56-58)&nbsp;jamies&nbsp;plan for me was just 5 reps to be careful to avoid last weeks problem. hit 56 57 58, a little tightness on the third one so dropped to 200s for the last two reps, 38 37. 5 reps got me pretty bad but went in and finished on the bikes and did 5x60sec on very hard and 60sec rest. was only supposed to do 4 but did an extra cause i was kinda mad at myself for not doing a 300 the 4th rep cause i know i&#39;m being careful but i don&#39;t think one more would&#39;ve killed me (although who knows, last week i did just that) so yeah a little mentally messed up
