couldn't really agree where to go, finally ended up deciding towards smiths. did about 2 mile wu then stretched. kept going and just ran to freedom park and did a grass mile there then headed back which felt better than the way there. finished with a grass mile at skyridge. 8:22 ap. my calves have been super tight which is a weird recurrence since simplot, nothing crazy but that's the only thing that ever seems to get really sore. gonna have dal roll me out. did some abs and hips and ice bath for the sake of my calves. found out im the 5th runner for relays so super psyched for that.
