did abs and hips before then ran to practice and then did 2 grass miles around the school. got assigned teams for our race tomorrow. austin and i are captains for the white team #gringos. did a team mile on the grass and then strides. did premeet 800 @goal 5k pace for tomorrow. was thinking around 6:30 pace but hit a 2:58 for it. whoops. didn't feel too bad though. did a lap around the track then ran home cause work. gonna elevate tonight and go to bed early.
