got up early and met at the usu track. the team left to do their workout and i stayed for mine. it was quite chilly. 1/2 mile wu then workout was 6x1000m 200m jog 200m sprint with 3:30 rest inbetween. just got the 1000 splits but they were 3:56 3:51 3:56 3:54 3:54 3:51 so right between 6:10-6:15ap. it was a hard workout and i was by myself but i felt proud of how i pushed myself. cooled down .75 with gups and michelle then rolled out. later took an ice bath when i got back.
