gups and i drove up to Logan and got there ready for practice. got to know some of the team and did a 5 mile out and back then did some 400m hill accelerations sorta deal, not too crazy so that was good. about 8:15 ap for all of it. got back and did some abs and arm stuff. rolled out and took an ice bath and yeah. shoutout to tyler for coming to the canyon saturday, he's really good at that sorta thing.
