had speed todayyyy. watson and i warmed up like 2.25 then we got started with 6x400s at goal mile pace with 2:30 rest inbetween and 3x200s all out. it was a lil rough starting cause it was hard to pace with the wind. my times were 84 76 79 80 80 79 33 33 33. i was quite tired after the workout and recovery was pretty slow. overall though, i felt a lot stronger this workout, and i was able to hit the times better. did some abs outside even though it was pretty cold. then sami and i went inside and did some yoga stretchy stuff which felt super nice. it was a win. then we went to rileys for smoothies which were super delicious. who needs roxberry? (lol that's a joke i love that place). shoutout to the nice crosswalk guy who told us happy Easter and gave us gummy bunnies.
