hey i already am back running so that's a win. did mile warm up then stretches. then did a loop with good ol sami. it was recovery today cause everyone did speed yesterday. just did what i felt which ended up being 8:00 ap. did abs, upper body stuff, and hips and went to SOLW cause it turned on! felt good overall except the back side of my knees were feeling oddly sore. everything should be good for speed tomorrow. shoutout to zack for coming to practice even though asa didn't come lol and also shoutout to mario for going to the temple with me.
