mile warm up then speed. 2 sets of 200-800-400-200-200-200. really happy with my times cause we pushed the pace today. it was kinda weird though cause the 800s were easier today and the 200s were what killed me. defintely a hard but rewarding workout. cooled down a mile which pretty much, my legs didn't want to move. afterwards just kinda laid in the grass for a little bit which is highly reccomended.
