mile wu then premeet. we had to do it by ourselves cause that's how the race will be. hit 2:57 which was way too fast. did some strides/handoff starts on the grass. went out on the three mile loop but had to stop and stretch after a mile cause my calves were killing me. finished up then went to the weight room for abs&hips. watson was a pal and did a light roll out then we went and ice bathed. shoutout to the tree. gonna elevate and try some heat on my calves so they'll feel good for tomorrow.
