mile wu. treated today like a workout cause i wanted a positive experience to get me in the right mindset for nike. goal was a good third mile and strong kick. started out a little slower than normal, but held strong the first two miles and passed all the people that started out too fast. third mile i wasn't quite as motivated at first but i pushed past that and picked it up and didn't let myself fall behind. in the last 200m i passed 8 girls. really glad with how i did. did 3 mile cd with watson and brynlee, then headed a mile out with the guys and back with satchell. calves feel quite tight from the workout on wed and the race today. also took a nap for the first time in awhile and i forgot how much i love them.
