ran 3 before the workout today because i had work. did a half mile warm up on the turf. the workout today for day 2 of awesome week was 5x500s at 800 pace with 6 minutes of rest inbetween. my focus was to hit my times on the 400s and give the rest that i had on the 100. wasn't able to hit all my times, but i felt like i really pushed myself. i definitely enjoyed this workout better than yesterday, and i felt like i had a better effort. shoutout to Mario cause she got to do 3 with us! and shoutout to the whole team cause we are pretty much halfway through awesome week.
