decided to do medium mileage today and low tomorrow, because tomorrow im not gonna have a ton of time to run. ran to practice which was 2.5 then we did a 1.5 wu to the skyridge track. did a few strides then up to the line for the 6 min test. felt like it was fast but alright, came in around 5:45-5:50 for the 1600m mark then got 1655m. afterwards i wasn't too tired so i knew i had more in me, but this is defintely a workout i haven't done too often, so maybe as i get more used to it, it'll get easier to push myself. did a cool down on the grass while the guys went and cheered them on. ran back but about the last half mile my stomach started feeling really tight and it was hard to keep going. not really sure what it was but the pain subsided a few minutes after i finished. did abs hips and ice bath.
