wu 2 miles then 8x600s with 60 sec rest. didn't have any hills (just a treadmill) so just decided on 6:00 min/mile pace, with the last one being a 5:55 pace. it was a hard workout, but i enjoyed it more than tempos. and my feet didn't hurt so thats a win. cooled down and abs and hips. not gonna be able to run saturday so i might be fitting in lots of mileage tomorrow.
