mile wu then workout was 10x400s. first 5 at 5k pace, next 3 two mile pace, then last ones at mile pace. felt really good the whole wo until the last 400 i hit a wall it hurt so bad. got on our cd and for some reason right below my calves felt like they were on fire and we had to stop a few times so i could stretch it. finally the last mile they felt fine. did abs and hips.
