yay, got a new watch so that was sick. ran with the girl up suncrest and it was a little chilly at first but ended up being bearable. did arm wo abs and hips
got up early and ran with gups on the mct. low mileage actually didn't feel too bad. did abs and hips and a lower body workout. i decided my goal is to backsquat my body weight and i only need to do 20 more lbs, so you know pretty much goals.
abs and hips and then biked 25 min with 2x30-60-90 sec pickups with double rest. ran with mario and guppy and it was foggy and cold but there was also frost all over us which was sick.
