wu then stretches. found out my "easy run" pace range is a bit faster than i thought lol. we headed out to the cemetery and did 10 min of grass running then finished up mileage. ap 7:13. felt good to go faster, but we will see how it goes when im doing it on longer runs. came back and did abs hips and lower body stuff. ill be in cali for the rest of the week so im gonna miss everyone.
