started off the day with a fartlek workout. never done one before but i enjoyed the type of workout cause it pushed me. did mile wu then 5-3-2-1 min with equal recovery so really not too bad. got 3 miles from it. i really tried to push it that last minute because I've been struggling on my finishes. felt good overall, shoutout to watson for killing it and pushing me. cooled down another mile after. later in the afternoon did 2 miles on the provo river trail, our group tried to take it out hard but i wanted more recovery so watson and i stuck towards the back.
